Meditation changed my life

In 2018, I learned a series of meditation tools that changed my life. I learned to ground and use a very specific “pilot’s checklist” of tools to find my own space, bring in my own joy and amusement, and let go of all the other information that my attention was directed towards. I am able to laugh about the most amazing things that used to weigh me down.

These tools changed my outlook and experience as a classroom teacher, adoptee and artist. I’m excited to share these tools with people 1:1 and in a group setting. This can be done in person and over Zoom with children and adults.
